Snow Arrives!

A recent series of winter storms have closed the Tioga and Glacier Point Roads in Yosemite National Park for the season.  While that means you can no longer drive to Toulumne Meadows or Glacier Point, it also means Yosemite has a whole new range of excitement and beauty to offer visitors. Weather permitting, the Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area (aka Badger Pass) will open this Friday December 14.  And given that another winter storm is forecast for this coming weekend, that seems like a good bet.
