* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Mostly across the Eastern side of the San Joaquin Valley.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
